Lincoln Fine Ingredients Acquires Specialty Premier Products

Lincoln Fine Ingredients, Inc. is pleased to announce its acquisition of Specialty Premier Products, LLC based in Dallas, Texas.
Specialty Premier Products, LLC will be vertically integrated into Lincoln Fine Ingredients, Inc. CARE distribution unit. Specialty Premier Products, LLC will now have access to Lincoln's world class global supply chain partners for the Personal Care, Life Science and HI&I markets. The acquisition facilitates Lincoln's geographic presence to deliver formulating solutions, regulatory support and superior supply chain channels regionally. Jeff Barcafar has been named Business Development Director of Lincoln's Southwest CARE business unit. We are excited to welcome Specialty Premier Products, LLC.
